Connecting Generations, One Visit at a Time
A student-led nonprofit connecting volunteers with nursing home residents through meaningful visits that build friendship, empathy, and joy.
Where Time, Compassion, and Connection Come Together
Based in Terre Haute, Indiana, we brighten the lives of aging individuals by connecting them with compassionate volunteers who offer friendship, empathy, and a listening ear. Through meaningful visits, we help combat loneliness while fostering intergenerational understanding through shared time, conversation, and genuine kindness.
How It Works
STEP 1
Sign Up: Complete the volunteer interest form and tell us your availability.
STEP 2
Get Matched: We connect you with a participating nursing home and residents who would love a visit.
STEP 3
Stay Involved: From time to time, members may be asked to participate in meetings or group check-ins to connect, share experiences, and stay engaged with the organization.
STEP 4
Make Visits: Talk, read, play games, do crafts, or listen to stories — and build meaningful friendships.
